Susan has worked in audiology for over 20 years. She initially trained with Wycombe Health Authority before qualifying at the Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital in London. Susan transferred to the private sector in 1987 and then in 1989 she established Aston Hearing Services.

Duncan joined Aston Hearing in 1998 and Kate, Duncan's wife and also Susan's daughter, joined in 1999. They became Directors when the company incorporated in 2000 and are both responsible for the day-to day management and future development of the business.

Christine has been with the practice since 1992. She has an excellent manner and her patience and perseverance has often enabled clients with particularly difficult hearing problems to find a satisfactory solution.

Lorna, Duncan's mother, has worked for Aston Hearing Services since 2000 and Jacqueline is the most recent member of the team joining us when we opened the Amersham office. Lorna and Jacqueline are dedicated to keeping us all organised by successfully managing reception and customer services on a day-to-day basis.
