What’s Included in Complete Care?
Your 4-year Complete Care package is carefully crafted to ensure your hearing journey is seamless and fully supported:
Extended manufacturer’s warranty
We’ll extend your manufacturer’s warranty to the full 4-years of your Complete Care plan. Enjoy worry-free hearing with repairs and adjustments covered (excluding accidental damage or loss insurance).
Four years of batteries
We’ll supply you with all the batteries you need, including rechargeable options where appropriate, delivered at your annual follow-ups.
Earwax removal treatment
Because clear ears mean clearer hearing, you’ll receive one professional earwax removal appointment during your four-year aftercare.
Speaker units
Up to two replacement speaker units per hearing aid per year, included at no extra cost.
Domes, wax guards, and earmolds
We’ll ensure your hearing aids remain comfortable and optimised with the right accessories and custom fittings.
Loan hearing aids when needed
If your hearing aid ever needs to go away for repair, we’ll provide you with a temporary loan aid, so you’re never without the hearing support you need.
Lifetime support
After four years, we'll continue to offer you support with annual check-ups and in-house diagnostics of your hearing aids to ensure they continue to suit your needs.
