Carolyn is one of our dedicated Front of House Administrators. With a background in the hotel industry and a qualification in Travel and Tourism Management, she brings excellent organisational skills and a calm, welcoming presence to the Aston Hearing team.

Carolyn plays a key role in keeping the front desk running smoothly and is always ready to step in wherever needed. From helping with day-to-day operations to supporting with accounts and practical tasks, she takes pride in making the whole experience seamless for both clients and colleagues.

Her favourite sounds include laughter and the unmistakable rustle of a chocolate wrapper. Carolyn’s positive attitude and team spirit help create the friendly and professional environment that Aston Hearing is known for.
