Cassie Quigley

Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner and Trainer

Cassie Quigley brings a wealth of clinical experience and compassionate care to her role as a specialist in earwax removal at Aston Hearing. Her career began as a Registered General Nurse at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, where she spent 14 years working across a wide range of NHS services, including district nursing and stoma care.

Her passion for aural health led her to become a Specialist Aural Care Sister, working alongside ENT consultants and NHS audiology teams for three years. It was here that Cassie developed a deep appreciation for the difference improved hearing can make to a person’s confidence, comfort and quality of life.

Cassie combines her clinical knowledge with a warm, empathetic approach. She is highly skilled at identifying infections and conditions that contribute to blocked ears and hearing loss, ensuring every patient receives the appropriate care and attention.

Cassie’s favourite sounds are joy and laughter, and she finds genuine fulfilment in giving her clients the ability to reconnect with the sounds that matter most.

I have always seen my role as a nurse as a passion and not a job. I love helping people and believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. Some would say I’m mad for cleaning ears for a living, but I get real job satisfaction from it. There’s nothing better than seeing someone walk out hearing more clearly than when they came in.
