Helen takes pride in making the reception area feel calm, organised, and welcoming. She finds particular satisfaction in those small moments that make a big difference, such as when a client arrives needing help and leaves smiling, hearing better, and with everything sorted.
Outside the clinic, Helen finds joy in the quiet call of a barn owl at night, the rush of live music from her favourite bands, and the simple freedom of cycling downhill.

I find my role most rewarding when someone comes in with a problem and leaves happy, hearing again, and with everything in place. I enjoy keeping reception welcoming and supporting the audiologists however I can.
