Front of House

Karen Horseman brings over a decade of experience and warmth to her role as Front of House Administrator. She is often the first friendly face clients see when arriving at Aston Hearing, and she takes great pride in making every individual feel welcome and supported from the moment they step through the door.

“I love meeting new people and positively impacting their lives. For many clients, an appointment with us might be the highlight of their day, and we make sure everyone who visits feels special. Having a hearing problem can be incredibly trying, and we do our best to help in every way we can.”

Karen’s empathy and attentiveness are matched by her deep understanding of how important a warm, reassuring presence can be to someone beginning their hearing care journey. Over the years, she has built strong relationships with clients and developed a keen insight into the challenges they face.

Outside of the clinic, Karen enjoys the peaceful sound of birdsong and the joy of being greeted by her dog each morning. She finds genuine happiness in working alongside her colleagues in what she describes as a truly positive and supportive team.

It is a very happy place to work, and I enjoy working with our fantastic team. Over the years I have learnt so much, and it’s more than just a job. It’s a chance to make a real difference.
